PORT OF EVERETT MARINA SHOP MAINTENANCE

The Port of Everett Marina is the largest public marina on the West Coast with 2,300 permanent boat slips and an additional 5,000 lineal feet of guest moorage. Our marina facilities offer an environmentally-compliant, full-service boat yard, a fuel dock, upland boat services and gear storage, laundry and shower facilities, and a 13-lane boat launch – the largest boat launch in Washington state – with ample and well-lit parking.

This project is to create a new shop building space for the Port of Everett’s Marina Maintenance Department by enclosing an existing covered canopy area at the north end of the PORT’s Waterfront Center. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete foundations and slabs, steel framing, light gauge metal stud framing, CMU wainscoting, wall panels, windows, doors, overhead roll-up doors, landscaping, plumbing, mechanical / HVAC, and electrical work, all for a complete and operable project .
