Project details

Upgraded electrical feeders from aluminum to copper over a 200-foot span, serving 7 units with new subpanels installed in each. Installed 32 security cameras for full building surveillance. Added exterior lighting on all four sides to enhance safety and visibility. Project improved both electrical reliability and property security.

Challenges
