This project involved the complete renovation of a 2,300 sq. ft. restaurant located at 20307 Mountain Hwy E, Spanaway, WA. The scope included full demolition of the existing lighting, receptacles, wiring, and conduits. The space was then rebuilt with new electrical infrastructure to support enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency.
New circuits for light and power were installed both inside and outside the building, including lighting for site poles, sidewalks, and menu boards. Dedicated circuits were also run for HVAC units, and a major upgrade was made to the power distribution system by installing a 600A switchgear, along with 400A and 200A panels — all 3-phase systems.
