A restaurant renovation project is underway at 20307 Mountain Hwy E in Spanaway, WA 98387. The project involves a 2,300 square foot space that will be transformed into a new dining establishment experience for customers.

The project began in late 2023 and involved the removal of all previous circuits for light and power both inside and outside, as well as the home run and low voltage wiring. The next phase consisted of rebuilding the 2,300 square foot restaurant, with new receptacle and light runs installed both inside and outside (Site pole light, Sidewalks light & Menu). The circuit power was upgraded for HVAC units. Additionally, a 600Amp switch gear and two panels, one 400Amp and the other 200Amp, were installed, all of which were 3Ph.\
