this building is classified as an outpatient clinic. it is used to provide medical and dental care on less than a 24-hr basis to persons who are not rendered incapable of self-preservation by the services provided. (ibc section 202). as such, no medical gasses will be used or stored in this facility.
In late 2022, the reconstruction of the project commenced, which included the removal of all existing circuits for both light and power, as well as the home run and low voltage wiring. The subsequent phase involved the reconstruction of the 4,510 square feet clinic, along with the updating and upgrading of the electrical service. Additionally, new runs were made for medical machines, the light fixtures were replaced with wires and conduit, and the circuit power for HVAC units was rerun.
One of the biggest challenges we have faced in this project is defining the exact circuit run for medical machine without receiving their technical sheet, but the experience of JE engineering team in such project allows them to contain this issue faster and easy way
